• Traffic destination
• Data content
• Connection timestamps
• Session duration
• Bandwidth usage linked to user identities

3.2 Personal Data Use

Personal data is understood as any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person and includes the information you provide to us while using our VPN services.

More specifically, we may collect and process personal data about you in the following situations:

• When you create an account or subscribe to our service (email address, payment information)
• When you contact our customer support
• When you participate in surveys or feedback programs (if you choose to participate)

3.3 Limited Technical Data Collection

We collect only the minimum amount of technical information required to operate our service:

• Aggregate server load information (for service optimization)

• Basic VPN connection statistics in aggregate form (to maintain service quality)
